To reset your account password, click on Register/Login On the main then click on (Forgot Your Password?) link.

How do I subscribe to a subject/bundle?
Browse through the site and add your preferred subject(s) to the cart, checkout by clicking the cart icon at the top of the website then proceed to complete your order.
How do I access my course?
Login to your account then goes to your dashboard by clicking on the dashboard menu. The list of your active course will be shown to you. You can also click on the "My Learning" menu at the top.
Will my subscription expire even if I don’t log in to my account?
Yes, your subscription will expire after 30 days even if you don't log in or use the subject.
What are the modes of payment do we support?
We support the following mode of payments; 1. ATM Debit Card, 2. Wallet System, 3. Offline Bank Deposit/Transfer. Note - Payment using Offline Bank Deposit/Transfer are only valid with 30 minutes of placing the order.
What is Wallet System?
Our Wallet system can be used to keep money in your account and use it to subscribe at any time. It is the most convenient method of subscribing to our subjects.
How can I fund my wallet?
From your dashboard click on the wallet then add fund, fill the form and choose your preferred payment method.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No, your wallet balance can only be used to purchase our website.
Can I copy or download the course material?
Yes, the material can be copy or download but you have to add the ability to copy and download while you are checking out. You will only be able to copy/download on a subject which you have subscribed to with the ability to copy/download.

Our class notes are up to date with the current curriculum and are review periodically to keep them fresh and updated.

How do I study online?
You need to subscribe to a subject in order to access it, from your dashboard click on your active subject and start study.
Do I get a certificate for my course?
Yes, you will get a certificate for your completed subject(s).
How do I renew my subscription to my subject(s)?
To renew your subscription simply go to the subject page and subscribe once again your access will be restored for another 30 days.

How do I report a security breach?

How secure is the payment system?
