Attributes required for conflict resolution
For conflicts to be settled between two opposing parties, these attributes must be present:
1. Mutual understanding between two opposing parties: It is the understanding of what you like and you do not like that will make the resolution of any conflicts to be permanent. If A understand what B does not want, there will not be any need for disagreement.
