CONTENT
Non-perishable foods are those foods that do not spoil easily. These can keep for a very long time if stored properly. They include rice, maize, beans, flours, sugar, yam, dried maize.
Some common non-perishable foods include:
- Canned Foods: Meats, like poultry and tuna. Soups, stews, chilli, gravy, and sauces. Pasta. Fruits and vegetables. Beans. ...
- Dried Goods. Soups. Mixtures, including pancake mix. Teabags. Powdered milk. Grains. ...
