2. Nurses: A Nurse is a person trained to care for the sick or infirm especially in a hospital.
3. Federal road safety officers: Federal road safety is a Government agency with statutory responsibilities for road safety administration in Nigeria. Their duties are
(a)Preventing or minimizing accidents on the highway.
(b) Clearing obstruction on any part of the highways.
