Content.
Statistics is a branch of mathematics which deals with the study of data.it involves the gathering(collecting) data, Sorting, tabulating data, presenting data usually by means of diagrams, and interpreting results.
PURPOSE.
1. For making vital decisions and predictions about future events.
2. Obtaining opinion poll, keeping records and forecasting the future occurrence of such an event.
3. Educate and inform people on the issues being investigated.
