The roles of government in maintaining traffic regulations include the following:

1. Provision and erection of traffic light

It is the responsibility of government to provide traffic lights and ensure that they are erected at strategic locations.

The constitution should be reviewed to update most of the laws of the Federal Roads Safety Corps (FRSC).
