Types of marriage

There are different types of marriage in Nigerian communities. They

are:

1. Monogamy

2. Polygamy

3. Polyandry

Monogamy

Monogamy is when a man marries only one wife. This type of marriage is common among Christians in Nigeria. It is believed to be wrong for Christians to marry more than one wife.

Monogamy is the most common type of marriage.
