Causes of delay in emergency management

1. Fear: Immediately there is an emergency, victims are exposed to fear, and those being scared would not make them take the right actions or respond rightly to the emergency.

2. Lack of vehicles or emergency transportation: Lack or a faulty vehicle is a major cause of delay in an emergency, those affected and the medical team would be delayed due to lack of emergency transportation.
