Content
Understanding that the wealth of a nation is contained in its natural and human resources.
Talent means the natural ability to be good at a particular activity.
Talent also means natural endowment or a superior ability possessed by an individual that has to be discovered and developed. The level of development of a nation is closely related to the availability of these talents in the sense that people with certain talents use it to make wealth for themselves which leads to the development of the community and the society at large.
