Labour as a factor of production is defined as all forms of human efforts put into production. It is also described as the productive services provided by human physical, skill and mental power.

Human beings provide the necessary labour which combines with other factors to provide goods and services. Therefore, the reward for labour is WAGES OR SALARY.

Labour in agriculture could be skilled and unskilled. Labour could be skilled when the labourer undergoes training in higher institution of learning. An example…
