1. Independence of judiciary

The judiciary is of the process through which the law can be applied as the interpreter of the law; the bid should be made independent of the executive or the legislature to ensure justice and well application of the rule of law.

2. Separation of power

The seat of power should be clearly shared and separated among the three organs of government. This will help to prevent undue interference among the organs of government.
