GSM: The Global System for Mobile Communications (GSM) is a standard developed by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) to describe the protocols for second-generation (2G) digital cellular networks used by mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets.

How GSM works

GSM is an open and digital cellular technology used for transmitting mobile voice and data services operates at the 850MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz and 1900MHz frequency bands. GSM system was developed as a digital system using time division multiple access (TDMA) technique for communication purpose.

A Fax Machine is a device that is used to send documents electronically over a telephone network. The transmissions it sends are called faxes and these can be between two fax machines, or between a fax machine and computer or online fax service that is equipped to send and receive faxes.

How a Fax machine works

A fax machine is designed to both send and receive documents so it has a sending part and a receiving part. The sending part is a bit like a computer scanner, with a CCD (charged-coupled device) that scans only one line of a document at a time, and only in black and white.

A telephone: also called a phone communication tool. Originally it was an electric tool transmitting analogue speech along wires. Now it is an electronic tool sending digital signals on wires or radio transmission. Using a telephone, two people who are in different places can talk to each other. Early telephones needed to be connected with wires which are called fixed or landline telephones

How to Create a Message

  1. Look for a message application on the computer (you can use a search engine to do that)
  2. Lunch into the message application
  3. Click on the start message
  4. Input the direction of the message (the person's telephone number) then press the enter button or send button
  5. Input the message
  6. Then press enter button or send button to transmit the message.
