The officials are:

The Referee: He has full control and enforces the rules, he assigns duties to other officials he ratifies all results, he has the right to disqualify any Competitor he' starts all races.

The starter: He decides if a start is fair they take the time of the competitors in the lanes assigned to them

The timekeepers: He is in charge of start time and ends time
