1. We learn the culture. It is neither inborn nor a biological feature. It is created by a community in order to ensure harmonious and progressive living of its members.

2. It tells us how different activities can be carried out.

3. Culture is universal. This means that culture can be found among all mankind.

4. Culture is not static, but dynamic. In other words, it does not remain the same forever but changes from time to time.

5. Culture does not die with the people of a particular generation, it is continuous.
