Sense of smelling

The sense of smell is the nose. The nose helps us perceive pleasant and unpleasant odours in our environment.

Identification of pleasant and unpleasant smells Examples of pleasant smell

1. Fruits e.g. banana, oranges, mango etc.

2. Flowers, leaves, socks, kerosene

3. Onion, coffee,

Examples of unpleasant smell

1. Perfume.

2. Commercial insecticides.
