 Factors that promote cooperation

To cooperate with others is usually not easy. Yet, it is easy and possible for you and me to cooperate with other people if some conditions exist. These conditions or factors that promote cooperation are:

(1) Respect for others (2) Good leadership (3) Tolerance (4) Understanding

(5) Due process, patience, humility, open-minded etc.

Benefits of cooperation

1. It leads to the achievement of the purpose of an organization.
