Meaning of drugs and common drugs

A drug was defined as a substance that is taken into the body or applied to the body to cure diseases and illnesses. Some of the drugs that many of us usually take are paracetamol, multivitamins, aspirin, chloroquine, cough syrups, iodine and methylated spirit.
