TOPIC – TRADITIONAL SONGS AND FOLK SONGS

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

By the end of the lesson, the pupils should have attained the following objectives (cognitive, affective and psychomotor) and should be able to –

Identify the folksongs in their languages.

Performs a local/traditional song in unison (i.e. are part singing).

Say the uses and functions of Nigerian traditional music.
