Performance Objectives
Students should be able to;
- Identify angles suspended by chord in a circle
- Identify angles suspended at the equal chords and derived the riders
- Identify perpendicular bisector of chords and derived the riders
- Identify angles in an alternative segment and derive the riders.
Circle Theorem
Content
Centre – the point within the circle where the distance to points on the circumference is the same.
Radius – the distance from the centre to any point on the circle. The diameter is twice the radius.
