1. Identify what may lead to a limitation of human rights
2. Describe what happens during an emergency period
Content
1. Limitation of human rights e.g. wars, state of emergency, conviction in a law courts etc.
2. A list of what happens during an emergency period e.g. limitation to movement and lack of freedom of speech etc.
Limitations of Human Rights
There are several factors which lead to the denial of citizens' rights. These include:
1. Being detained by law
A citizen right can be limited or denied if he or she commits any offence worthwhile of being detained by law. Such citizen will lose his or her fundamental rights of freedom of movement.
