Postural defects

Postural defects are the abnormal way of holding or carrying the body during the performance of various activities due to deviation from the normal axis of the bones, joints stiffening, and loss of muscles tone.

Factors that aid postural defects

1. Heredity

2. Muscles weakness

3. Occupation

4. Bad habit of movement

5. Injuries, disease and infections
