SIMPLE HEALTHY SNACKS
Snacks are edible substances that we eat in between meals. Meals are more satisfying than snacks so that is why we shouldn’t take snacks as the normal meals we eat daily. We must not take too much of snacks or else, we lose our appetite. Examples of snacks are: chin, biscuits, apples, groundnuts, popcorn, plantain chips, cakes, sandwiches etc
