INTRODUCTION TO DIRECTION
Direction is the position along which someone or something moves or faces. Direction is used to describe or determine the position of someone or something. Sometimes, it is used as right, left, forward (up) or backwards (down).
Geographically, north, south, east and west are used in describing directions. This is called cardinal points.
Cardinal points are the four major directions in space. They are shown on a compass as follows: North (N), South (S), East €, West (W).
