A. Duties of the Army

1. To follow the Constitution.

2. To maintain the territorial integrity of the country.

3. To defend the country from external aggression.

4. To protect the country’s borders.

5. To restore order if needed and in cases of an insurgent.

6. To perform any other duties mentioned in the National Assembly’s Act or as directed by the President.
