Factorization of Perfect Square

Content

To factorize a perfect square we will learn how to factor different types of algebraic expressions using the following identities.

(i) a² + 2ab + b² = (a + b)² = (a + b) (a + b)

(ii) a² – 2ab + b² = (a – b)² = (a – b) (a – b)
