Advantages of One-party system

1. It prevents economic waste (waste of resources).

2. It makes use of the best.

3. Stability of government.

4. Continuity in policymaking.

5. It makes for strong leadership.

6. Quick decision making.

7. Absence of unhealthy rivalry.

8. It promotes unity

Disadvantages of One-party system

1. No opposition

2. It produce dictatorship

3. No accommodation for individual rights
