Preventing electoral malpractices.
1. Qualified electoral officials should be employed to ensure the effective electoral process in the country
2. The government should ensure that each voter votes only once.
3. Politicians and their thugs should not be allowed to threaten the electorate or force people to be for a particular party or candidates.
