Energy generation and quality of life

Energy generation leads to an improved quality of life in the following ways:

1. Production of machines which help in reducing the labour involved in manual work e.g. grinding machines and pressing irons.

2. Helps to bridge communication gaps e.g. use of radios, cars, aeroplanes, and mobile phones to improve the quality of life.

3. However, the wrong use of energy could result in environmental hazards such as pollution which could adversely affect human lives.
