Definition of wind

The wind is defined as air in motion or the natural movement of air especially in the form of a current of air blowing from a particular direction.

Winds have various names depending on their strength, examples are; breeze, gale, storm and hurricane while hurricane, storm, gale and cyclone are strong winds. There are four types of wind, which are; hot, cold, convectional and slope wind. When the wind blows an object it moves, wind cannot be seen but can be felt.
