Uses of Fish

Fishes can be used for the following:

1. Food: fish is eaten by man as part of his diet. Fish is a good source of protein, vitamins (A and B) and also minerals which are good for our body.

2. Source of income: Fishes are sold for money and this provides a major source of income to fish farmers and traders.

3. Source of foreign exchange: Fishes serve as a source of foreign exchange between countries.
