1. Availability: Availability is the quality of being able to use something. the availability and easy access of security personnel will prevent crime in a particular neighbourhood.

2. Integrity: Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles. When reporting a crime, the witness should be honest about what he/she saw.
