Fungal are non-green plants, they possess cell walls. Fungal are found throughout the earth including land, water, air and even plants and animals.

Fungal disease is caused by fungi that live in the environment and examples of these fungal diseases in farm animals are ringworm or dermatomycosis, scabies and aspergillosis.

1. Aspergillosis: This is a disease that affects the respiratory system and it affects all domestic animals.

Causal organism: Fungal (Aspergillus fumigatus)

Symptoms: Skin irritation, loss of appetite, loss of weight, abortion in cattle.
