Content

There are different types of crops and they are as follows:

1. Beverage Crops: These are crops that are grown mainly for making food drink. Examples are cocoa, tea and coffee.

2. Fibre Crops: These are crops which serve as raw materials for the manufacturing of clothes, rope, sacks or bag. The parts of the crops used maybe the leaf, stem or even the fruit. For example, cotton lint is gotten from the fruit and used by textile industries…
